Local man, 71, sparks Valley Forge Tea Party
UPPER MERION — When Louis Flanagan first ventured out to a Tea Party rally in West Chester more than a year ago, he was wary of who might show up to protest. He was relieved to find an ordinary bunch of mostly middle-aged folks who were new to political activism.

Bottom Dollar Food, a soft-discount grocer, announced plans today to open approximately 15-20 stores by the end of 2010 in the greater Philadelphia market. Â The announcement will create more than 600 jobs in the region and bring another grocery option to customers in the greater Philadelphia region.
